Aquarium

The Aquarium bungalows is the finest lodging at Ochheuteal beach in Sihanoukville, Cambodia, bar none. With a superb location at the Serendipity area at the north end of Ochheuteal beach, it has an unequaled location. The bungalows have solid masonry construction, private balconies, and first class amenities including a/c and hot water.

What makes the Aquarium so special is the spectacular panoramic view of the ocean, the offshore islands, and the beach, from each bungalow. And there is no need to put on shoes to go to the beach. The bungalows are located just steps from the sand.

There is internet service available at Coasters, right next to the Aquarium, with wifi and an internet cafe with international calling.

The Aquarium has a restaurant and bar on the premises. The restaurant offers fine dining and nightly BBQ, featuring Ultra fresh seafood, beef, chicken, and pork cooked right over the coals. There are also the finest examples of traditional Cambodian Khmer cuisine on the menu.

We love kids at the Aquarium, and kids will love it here! There is a safe, shallow natural pool formed by rock outcroppings just in front of the restaurant at the Aquarium  where the kids will have a ball, and meet other children from Cambodia, and all over the world.

A frequent sight at the Aquarium is chess and backgammon players savoring a beverage while they pursue their favorite pastime at the Aquarium's beach front tables. A selection of board games is available for your pleasure. Next door at Coasters, there are kayaks for rent, and beach toys for the kids. Coasters is also the departure point for the ferry to beautiful Bamboo Island.

At the Aquarium, the accommodations and food are first class, but the prices are surprisingly low. All major credit cards are accepted, and currency exchange is available.
